Welcome

Noël Margaret Lawrence has been practicing law for more than 30 years and is highly specialized in the areas of estate and trust litigation, will contests, trust contests and disputed inheritances.

Customarily, Ms. Lawrence handles many of her cases on a contingent fee basis, meaning, the client has no obligation to pay the attorney’s fee unless and until the case is won, or settled to the client’s satisfaction.

Ms. Lawrence also has extensive experience in real property disputes associated with estates and trust and extensive experience prosecuting financial elder abuse cases.

Ms. Lawrence practices primarily in the nine Bay Area counties, chiefly in San Francisco and in Alameda Counties. Ms. Lawrence has practiced in the courts throughout California having litigated in the following counties: San Francisco County, Alameda County, Marin County, Contra Costa County, Napa County, San Mateo County, Santa Clara County, Monterey County, Los Angeles County, Riverside County and San Diego County.

Please contact Ms. Lawrence with your questions about your legal issue. Be aware that all legal matters have a deadline by which one’s legal rights must be asserted or defended. In particular, the period of time to contest a will is very short. Be careful not to wait too long to take steps to protect your rights.

Provide as much information as possible regarding your inquiry. While this contact does not serve to establish an attorney/client relationship, it is vital to the assessment of your case.
